J. Kenneth Battle (Kenny) is a graduate of Central High School in Prince George’s County and Morgan State University in Baltimore, with a B.S. in Accounting. He is a Lobbyist for the Law Firm of Alexander and Cleaver, in Annapolis, Maryland. His background includes an 18-year career in state and local government, serving as Legislative Auditor with the State of Maryland, and Legislative Director for Prince George’s County Council.
Kenny has also served as Special Assistant to the Fire Chief and Public Affairs Manager for the Prince George’s County Fire/EMS Department. Kenny’s community and professional affiliations include: Maryland Government Association, Leadership Prince George’s Alumni Assoc., Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc., Morgan State University Alumni Association, Glenarden Woods PTSA, and Central High School Parent Advisory Committee.
